White Shirts at Washington Square Park

A contingent of some of the most senior uniformed officers from the NYPD inspecting Washington Square Park. Not wanting a repeat of the embarrassment caused by one of their ranking members a week or so ago, when he rather indiscriminately took to pepper spraying some protesters for little or no reason, these officers seemed to take a more benign and probably far more rational approach.
