Unconcerned but not indifferent ... together again

One could do worse for a pair of epitaphs.

The last resting place of Philadelphia native, Emmanuel Radnitzky (Man Ray) and Juliet (nee Browner) Man Ray. Cimetière du Montparnasse, Paris.

A number of years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Man's sister, Do Ray Goodbread at the Philadelphia Museum at the opening of show of her brother's works. My wife and I also had the great pleasure of assisting Billy Kluver and Julie Martin on their wonderful book, Kiki's Paris (Harry Abrams, 1989), Kiki (nee Alice Prin) of course being Man Ray's companion in Paris for most of the 1920s. Juliet, who Man met in Los Angeles in the early 1950s had been a dancer and artists' model.
