Romney Responds to Santorum's Leftist Bowling: "Not In My House"

Told of Rick Santorum's admission that his father was "a lefty" and a bowler, Mitt Romney told reporters this morning that, "this an outrage. This won't stand when I'm president." Asked to elaborate, Mr. Romney said, "Look, I'm running for office. I can't have a bowling alley in my house." Aides to Mr. Romney, when questioned about the remark said that the candidate would soon be announcing plans to have the two-lane bowling alley in his Massachusetts home demolished and was cancelling plans that called for a larger, four-lane alley to be built in his 14,000 square foot La Jolla, California mansion.
